Espresso Freeze a blend of frozen expresso and milk, flavored with Indian spices.
Espresso Freeze drink can be topped with whipped cream. It tastes incredibly refreshing and delicious.
Ingredients:
Serves 2-3
1 cup strong black coffee
ΒΌ cup milk (or 2 tbsp condensed milk)
pinch of ground cinnamon
pinch of cardamom powder
2 drops vanilla extract
How to make Expresso Freeze:
Let the coffee cool, then pour hte expresso into ice cube trays and freeze until solid in the freezer.
Place the frozen coffee cubes in a blender, add milk and pulse in short burst until grainy.
Add all the other ingredients and process until well combined. Spoon into small chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Tip:
The iced espresso cubes are also perfect for adding into any iced coffee drinks.
