Ingredients:

Serves 4

  • 6 tbsp squeezed lemon/lime juice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4-8 tsp of sugar or honey (to taste
  • ice cubes
  • lemon slices to decorate
  • mint to decorate (optional)

How to make Nimbu Pani (Lemon/Lime Chiller)

  • Put the water and lemon juice to a big jar. Add sugar. Mix well till sugar is disolved.
  • Fill tall glasses with crushed ice and pour in the lime/lemon flavored water.
  • Decorate with mint, slice of lemon.
