Chai Masala Powder
Tea Masala Powder is used to make hot masala tea and chai tea. The powder made at home is fresh and many say it is better than store bought.
Ingredients
Makes about ½ cup
- 2 tbsp cardamom seeds
- 2 inch stick cinnamon
- 1 tbsp whole cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- ½ tsp fennel seeds (optional)
- 10-15 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
How to make Chai Masala Powder:
- Grind all the ingredients in a coffee grinder.
- Store in airtight jar away from sunlight and heat.
