Mango Avocado Salad

This incredible avocado and mango combo tastes delicious. Serve as a salad, side dish or as a salsa with your favorite chips. Sprinkle it with chili powder if you like more spicy version.

Ingredients:

Serves 2

  • 2 mangoes (not overriped) cut into small cubes
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 tbsp finelly chopped onion
  • 1 green chili (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp mint leaves, finelly chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chia seeds, to decorate

How to make Mango Avocado Salad:

  1. Chop mangoes and avocado into small cubes.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large serving bowl and mix it very gently.
  3. Sprinkle it with chia seeds. Serve immediately.
