Pistachio Smoothie

This delicious Pistachio Smoothie has all the richness of real pistachios and sweet mango. Topped with cinnamon and cardamom powder for a perfectly refreshing treat.


Serves 2

  • 1/4 cup unsalted, shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • pinch of ground cardamom
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 drops rose water, or to taste
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped finely
  • 1 large mango, peeled and pitted (or 1 banana)
  • ½ cup crushed ice

How to make Spiced Pistachio Smoothie:

  1. Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
