Kadhi is a traditional delicacy forming a vital part of Indian cuisine. Panjabi Kadhi Pakora is an Indian Chickpea Soup with onion fritters (pakoras) used as dumplings. For example: you can add pakodi (fritters made with chickpea flour, lentils-moong dal, vegetables like bhindi, drumsticks, or bondi (chickpea flour deep fried balls) to enhance its flavor.
