Curry Powder (करी पाउडर)

Although curry powder is not a common ingredient used in traditional Indian cooking, (despite being a great invention of the British to simplify cooking Indian food at home) it is worth to have it ready to make your cooking faster and easier. Curry Powder is great for curries, soups, and any other Indian dish. Not too spicy but so flavorful.
