Spring Onion Raita

Spring Onion Raita is a creamy yoghurt dip, with a little hint of spice, that goes perfect with curry and naan bread or paratha to dip in to it.

Ingredients:

Serves 2

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder

How to make Spring Onion Raita:

  1. In a bowl beat the yogurt.
  2. Add the other ingredients mix well and chill.
  3. Serve as a side dish with roti and as accompaniment to a main dish such as a biryani.
