Mint Sauce

This pungent, refreshing and delightful mint sauce it is a great combination with lamb dishes and other roasted meats.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bunch fresh mint
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup boiing water
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar

How to make Mint Sauce:

  1. Wash and pull the leaves from the stalk of the mint.
  2. Place the chopped mint leaves into a glass bowl and sprinkle over the sugar.
  3. Pour over the boiling water.
  4. Once cool, stir in the vinegar.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
