Add 1 cup of water, and salt. Give the rice a stir. Then cover the pan with foil and put the lid on the top to keep steam inside the pan. Reduce the heating to low-medium and cook for 8 minutes.
Then remove from the heat and check with the fork if rice is cooked an fluffy.
Let it rest for few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite curry.
Remove the pan and serve with youf favorite curry.
