Indian Kababs & Tandoori Food

The traditional Indian tandoor is a clay oven, which imparts a smoky flavour to the food. All tandoori dishes are marinated and then cooked until dry. The dishes can be alo successfully cooked on the grill, in the oven or even an air fryer. These dishes are crisp on the outsde but soft and succulent from inside. Tandoori food makes excellent accompaniment to any meal.

Kababs

Kababs are succulent pieces of marinated with spices meat (mostly beef and Lamb), chicken, seafood or even vegetables and fruit cooked/roasted in tandoor oven or on open coals.
Kebabs are consumed as starters or even as main course along with breads and salads, chutneys or raitas.
