Rose Ice Cream

This rose ice cream with every scoop shaped into a flower petal is the perfect summer treat.

Serves 4-6

  • 6 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp red food coloring

How to make Rose Ice-Cream:

  1. Pour the cram into a large bowl, then add the sugar and whisk lightly until dissolved.
  2. Stir in the rose water and add food coloring. Mix it well
  3. Cover the bowl with foil and then place in the freezer for 4 hours or preferably overnight, until set. During the first hour of freezing, gently shake the molds 3 times.
