Mango Ice Cream

Ripe Indian mangos are simply delicious. But when you taste mango ice cream you will scream for more and more! This mango Ice Cream recipe with mango pulp is rich and delicious.

Serves 2

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup superfine (powdered) sugar
  • 1 cup mango pure
  • pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
  • almonds, sprinkles to decorate

How to make Mango Ice-Cream:

  1. Pour the cram into a large bowl, then add the sugar and whisk lightly until dissolved.
  2. Stir in the mango juice and add cinnamon powder.
  3. Cover the bowl with foil and then place in the freezer for 4 hours or preferably overnight, until set. During the first hour of freezing, gently shake the molds 3 times.
  4. Decorate with almonds.

Tip: Instead of heavy cream you can use like Chef Sanjeew Kapoor does the whole milk and whole milk powder.
