Coconut Soufflé

Coconut soufflé is a light and refreshing dessert. It is a pudding made from coconut water and condensed milk.

Serves 4-6

  • 1 cup condensed milk / sweetened
  • 5 cups tender coconut water
  • 3 tbsp gelatin
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup

How to Coconut Suffle:

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in half a cup of coconut water over a pan of hot water.
  2. Mix the condensed milk to the dissolved gelatin.
  3. Mix the above mixture with the tender coconut water and refrigerate it.
  4. When set garnish with chocolate syrup.
  5. You can serve it with cherries and strawberries.
