Expresso Freeze

Espresso Freeze a blend of frozen expresso and milk, flavored with Indian spices. Espresso Freeze drink can be topped with whipped cream. It tastes incredibly refreshing and delicious.

Serves 2-3

  • 1 cup strong black coffee
  • ΒΌ cup milk (or 2 tbsp condensed milk)
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • 2 drops vanilla extract

How to make Expresso Freeze:

  1. Let the coffee cool, then pour hte expresso into ice cube trays and freeze until solid in the freezer.
  2. Place the frozen coffee cubes in a blender, add milk and pulse in short burst until grainy.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and process until well combined. Spoon into small chilled glasses and serve immediately.


  • The iced espresso cubes are also perfect for adding into any iced coffee drinks.
