Tropical Fruit Lassi

Fruit lassi is a popular Indian beverage. A mixed fruit recipe made with yogurt, seasonal fruits like papaya, banana & mango.


Serves 2

  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • ½ papaya, papaya, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups plain yogurt or better buttermilk (very well chilled) (use almond milk for non-dairy / vegan option)
  • 2 tsp honey or sugar to taste
  • few drops vanilla extract
  • 8 ice cubes

How to make Tropical Fruit Lassi:

  1. Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into serving glasses. Serve chilled.
