Pienapple Ginger Drink

This yellow tropical drink tastes just perfect. Great for any hot summer day when you need energy but you do not feel like eating. Make it extra cold and frothy but adding blending with ice cubes. You can even add some milk and white rum to make it even more exotic.

Serves 2

  • 3/4 in (2cm) fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
  • ½ fresh medium pineapple (sliced)
  • mint, pineapple slice to garnish
  • 5-6 ice cubes (optional, if you like cold and frothy

How to make Pineapple Ginger Drink:

  1. In a juice extractor, process the ginger and pineapple until smooth, decorate with mint or pineapple slice..
  2. For a frothy version add ice cubes and blend in the blender till smooth and frothy.

Tip. You can add some milk and pina colada if you looking for a summery tropical drink.
