This Mint and Lemon Ice Tea is a very refreshing drink, especially in the hot summer days. It is a great source of Vitamin C, gives your body natural electrolytes and antioxidants which help to maintain your body's energy.
Ingredients:
Makes 2 cups
2-3 cups cold water
1 or 2 lemon sliced (as desired)
1 lime sliced (optional)
½ cup mint leaves
crushed ice to serve (optional)
How to make Mint and Lemon flavored water:
Put the water and lemon slices to a big jar. Add mint leaves.
Fill tall glasses with crushed ice and pour in the mint and lemon flavored water.
