Garlic Paste

Simplify your cooking with this homemade fresh garlic paste. It takes just few minutes to make and it will save you time on busy days. The paste can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freezer for up to 6 months.


Makes ½ cup

  • ½ lb garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Garlic Paste:

  1. Place the garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of oil in a food processor or blender and process to make a paste.
  2. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
