  • 4 oz/115 g garlic cloves, halved
  • 4 oz/115 g fresh gingerroot, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup water

How to make Garlic-Ginger Paste:

  1. Place the garlic cloves, the gingerroot and water in a food processor or blender and process to make a paste.
  2. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
