Avocado Cilantro Chutney

This Indian Guacamole Twist is great to use with any appetizers, such as samosas, pakoras, kebabs and Indian breads or just chips.

Serves 2-4

  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped and few leaves for decoration
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 3 green chilies 1 tbsp lime juice
  • pinch of cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • pumpkin seeds to decorate

How to make Avocado Cilantro Chutney:

  1. Wash and clean the cilantro leaves.
  2. Put all ingredients in to the mixer and grind it.
  3. Grind it till chutney turn smooth.
  4. Decorate with pumpkin seeds.
